What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales and occasional post-sales assistance to customers.
• Evangelize technology and hirify.global portfolio within customers.
• Assist with technical support escalation and pre-sales queries.
• Engage with customers at all levels as a trusted advisor.
• Manage and develop leads from a technical standpoint.
• Deliver and manage proof of concepts (POCs) end to end.
• Deliver training on new product offerings and roadmaps.
• Support internal sales with training and meetings.

Requirements

• Location: London, United Kingdom
• 5-10 years relevant experience in IT, specifically compute, storage, and/or networking.
• Good solution design and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with operating systems, storage software, and network operating systems.
• Strong background in compute and storage hardware and architecture.
• Good communication skills with diverse client types.
