What you will do

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent; 5-8 years of experience in compensation.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a technology company.
• Strong communication skills for all levels of the organization.
• Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of equity plan administration and HR systems.
