What you will do
- Oversee the development and maintenance of compensation functions.
- Prepare job descriptions and conduct salary surveys.
- Work with management to assess labor market trends.
- Maintain knowledge of legislation affecting compensation policies.
- Design and administer incentive and bonus plans.
- Evaluate personnel for efficient operation of the function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent; 5-8 years of experience in compensation.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a technology company.
- Strong communication skills for all levels of the organization.
- Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of equity plan administration and HR systems.
