What you will do

Follow up with leads and customers to close sales.
Manage end-to-end order processing.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Propose suitable product configurations.
Assist with post-sale support and service coordination.
Prepare technical content and support marketing activities.

Requirements

Fluent in English and at least one European language.
3–5 years in sales support or customer service.
Strong communication and detail-oriented.
Experience with IT/server product configurations is a plus.
Proficient in CRM tools and basic knowledge of HTML.
