What you will do
- Develop, coordinate, and implement Sopra Steria’s sustainability and ESG agenda.
- Translate group-level commitments into clear actions, measurable performance, and practical guidance for countries, business units, and support functions.
- Support ESG governance, sustainability reporting, regulatory compliance, and performance management.
- Drive CSRD and EU Taxonomy-related work, including double materiality, ESG disclosures, KPI tracking, and consolidation of sustainability data.
- Contribute to initiatives across climate & environment, inclusion & workforce, responsible digital, and long-term business resilience.
Requirements
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, CSR, corporate governance, environmental management, responsible digital, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ESG regulations and reporting frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and double materiality.
- Comfort working with data, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across countries, business units, and corporate functions.
- Dutch fluency is required; another European language is a plus.
- Structured, analytical approach with the ability to manage priorities in an international environment.
