What you will do

• Evaluate and arrange stamp lots submitted by users for attractive auctions
• Create compelling weekly lot selections using market expertise and professional network
• Review titles, descriptions, images, and provide accurate estimated values
• Maintain transparent and fair transactions with expert judgement
• Communicate rejections professionally to sellers
• Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and diversify lots
• Partner with Marketing to boost bidder engagement and auction visibility

Requirements

• Strong passion and proven expertise in Stamps
• Solid knowledge of the stamps market in the Netherlands or Belgium (both is a plus)
• Excellent commercial skills with negotiation and relationship building experience
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
• Good computer skills and digital tools proficiency
• Good command of English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Business experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or as a Stamps Dealer
