What you will do

• Collaborate with production, quality, and development teams to improve storage PCBA product quality
• Support new product testing setup and production line issue resolution
• Work with product managers to enable successful product launches
• Provide high-level customer technical support and training
• Create technical product requirements for cloud/data center infrastructure solutions
• Engage with customers and escalate critical issues as needed

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in ’s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in PCBA test and manufacturing
• Expert knowledge in server hardware and PCBA manufacturing/testing methodologies
• Understanding of DFM, DFT, DFA, and DFX methodologies
• English communication skills required to interact effectively with customers

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and storage systems
• Experience with server and storage system architecture
• Language skills in Dutch and/or Mandarin
