What you will do
- Manage guest inquiries and reservations via email, phone, and other digital channels.
- Execute administrative processes related to guest requests and privacy requirements.
- Utilize Mews and Salesforce systems to track and manage guest interactions.
- Proactively build relationships with community members and guests.
- Resolve guest challenges and complaints efficiently to maintain high service quality.
- Drive commercial results through effective upselling and cross-selling of services.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Amsterdam area or willing to relocate at your own expense.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in stressful situations.
- Sales-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required by business needs.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Italian, Dutch, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
