What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of project managers responsible for server rack and AI cluster deployments.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale deployments in client data centers.
• Partner with engineering, solution integration, logistics, and facilities teams to ensure deployment readiness.
• Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks across the team.
• Support relationships with key accounts, particularly hyperscalers and enterprise clients deploying AI clusters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing a team.
• Familiarity with data center floor plans and deployment logistics for GPU, HPC, and storage clusters.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the US and internationally 25–50% of the time.
