What you will do

• Own project-based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations to support ramp-up demand.
• Coordinate with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans.
• Align manpower plans with training and cross-skill enablement to accelerate team readiness.
• Act as local planning focal point and global interface for Taiwan UIR manpower topics.
• Lead planning and capability-building projects to improve manpower model flexibility and scalability.
• Drive cross-regional alignment on mid- to long-term capacity strategy and contribute to structural improvements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management roles and project delivery.
• Strong experience in manpower planning, project planning, or operations coordination.
• Ability to work independently and influence across functional and regional teams.
• Strong English communication skills; able to represent site in worldwide meetings.
• Structured, data-driven mindset with high ownership and execution discipline.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-changing business environments.
