What you will do

  • Manage the sales cycle from demonstration to closing.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level executives.
  • Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects.
  • Innovate and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed targets.
  • Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects effectively.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership.
  • Drive the DACH market expansion by understanding the landscape and developing new strategies.

Requirements

  • Native German and fluent English required.
  • At least two years of sales experience, ideally in a SaaS high-growth environment.
  • Passion for digital innovation and tech-savviness.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, detail-oriented, accountable, and self-motivated.
