What you will do

• Lead design for your domain, making strategic design and user-experience decisions.
• Increase team maturity through mentoring and providing feedback to raise quality standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand needs, generate ideas, and implement solutions.
• Create user flows from low-fidelity wireframes to full-fidelity, pixel-ready designs.
• Contribute to the design system, participate in critiques, and facilitate design workshops.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to build scalable components and maintain design parity.
• Leverage AI prototyping as a tool for exploring conceptual ideas and bringing them to life with functional flows.

Requirements

• Individual contributor designer with exemplary experience designing, evolving, and innovating user interfaces.
• Ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques at scale.
• Impeccable portfolio showcasing an ability to think in holistic, scalable systems, with a masterful understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals.
• Masterful communication skills that help build strong narratives and collaborate effectively with fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with expert ability to autonomously take ownership of design for complex domains and multiple projects.
• Strong evidence of being an effective cross-functional collaborator with product and engineering counterparts.
