What you will do
- Lead design for your domain, making strategic UX decisions and driving future functionality initiatives.
- Increase team maturity through mentoring, feedback, and collaborative quality improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, generate ideas, and implement solutions.
- Create user flows from low-fidelity wireframes to pixel-ready designs for intuitive experiences.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, leading cross-domain initiatives and workshops.
- Collaborate with engineering to build scalable components and ensure design-coded parity.
- Leverage AI prototyping for conceptual exploration and bringing functional flows to life.
Requirements
- Exemplary experience designing, evolving, and innovating user interfaces as an individual contributor.
- Ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques at scale.
- Impeccable portfolio showcasing holistic, scalable system thinking and masterful visual/interaction design fundamentals.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, taking autonomous ownership of complex domains.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with product and engineering counterparts.
