TL;DR

Support Manager (Mobile): Managing player communications and support for mobile games and apps with an accent on user inquiry handling, consultation, and feedback analysis. Focus on improving player communication processes and collaborating with project teams to solve player problems.

What you will do

  • Respond to player inquiries and provide consultations on mobile app functionality.
  • Handle and reply to reviews in the App Store and Google Play.
  • Collect and analyze inquiry statistics to generate actionable insights.
  • Maintain and expand the knowledge base including guides, templates, FAQs, and auto-replies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve player issues and improve communication processes.

Requirements

  • English: Advanced/C1+ required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or similar role.
  • Russian language proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and strong attention to detail.
  • Ready to work within a flexible distributed schedule.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages (German, French, Japanese).
  • Experience with customer support platforms like Zendesk and Helpshift.
  • Understanding and experience with AI-based tools.
  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
