What you will do
- Conduct cold calling and active prospecting to connect with potential buyers.
- Create value-added multichannel messaging sequences to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads to match prospects' needs with product offerings.
- Manage reporting and CRM activities using Hubspot.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a fresh and effective pipeline.
- Achieve results and KPIs to support company growth.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year experience in commercial prospecting or B2B sales.
- Experience selling to accounting, tax advisory, labor offices, law firms, or similar is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with cold calls.
- Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot.
- Ability to manage high activity volume with focus on results.
- Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Startup attitude: proactivity, eagerness to learn, and ambition.
