What you will do
- Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads efficiently to meet sales quotas.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure, including virtual product demonstrations.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales development, product, and customer success teams to optimize lead quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve sales methodologies and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven inbound sales success with 5-9 years experience in B2B SaaS selling to North American clients.
- Strong English communication skills and understanding of North American business culture.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively, often aligned with North American time zones.
- Expertise in lead qualification, consultative selling, objection handling, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling in FinTech, HR Tech, or Healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, or Sandler.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying sales trends and opportunities.
- Experience working shifts aligned with North American time zones.
