What you will do

• Lead global service projects and programs to expand or optimize international service footprint
• Drive implementation of service excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
• Support and coordinate continuous improvement activities at local service sites
• Roll out standard service processes globally and support change management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Monitor and report project progress and KPIs to senior management
• Identify optimization potential and develop strategies to improve service processes
• Collaborate closely with process experts and service centers for alignment

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field
• Several years of experience in international project management in service or technical environments
• Practical knowledge of lean management methods (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S)
• Experience in change management and process improvements
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures
• Fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level) – written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally approx. 30%
