What you will do

• Leverage AI to drive hirify.global’s sustainability initiative.
• Enhance and automate ESG reporting processes, particularly in line with CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
• Develop, program, test, and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Automate data flows and reporting processes.
• Identify and integrate relevant ESG data sources.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor ESG performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across hirify.global, including the Head of Sustainability.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Sustainability Management with a focus on Data Science or Computer Science.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, ideally in a reporting or sustainability context.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent analytical skills, independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.

Nice to have

• Good to deep understanding and knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy).
• Familiarity with ESG ratings and rankings (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP).
• Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for sustainability.
