What you will do

  • Develop and grow strong relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders.
  • Oversee partnership, commercial, and technical matters to boost customer product adoption.
  • Lead major partnership initiatives, ensuring expectations and SLAs are met.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, educating them on product benefits.
  • Advocate for customers to internal teams, sharing feedback for product improvement.
  • Manage technical aspects of partnerships, proposing solutions to technical hurdles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a client-centric role with large global enterprises.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams for successful product delivery.
  • Curiosity in AI and creativity in proposing innovative solutions.
  • Experience managing large and complex clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with technical products and managing technical details.
  • Global mindset, working across multiple time zones and cultures.
