Senior Manager, APAC ETF Product Development (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Manager, APAC ETF Product Development (Fintech): Supporting the product development team in identifying new ETF product opportunities and assisting in the design of new products. Focus on identifying and producing quantitative analyses to ensure new products are rigorously tested against a wide range of potential client considerations.

Location: Hybrid work schedule, designated office at least four days a week.

What you will do

• Lead and support ideation and design of new products.
• Identify and produce the quantitative analyses necessary to ensure new products are rigorously tested.
• Assist in the drafting of offering documents and preparation of product due diligence reports.
• Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve the product development process.
• Run reporting to monitor market trends, flows and new product development in the market.
• Support the creation of marketing and promotional materials for new product launches.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative subject field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services/asset management, specifically in ETF product development.
• Strong knowledge of global ETF structures and regulatory regimes.
• Solid technical / computer skills (esp. Excel) and experience programming (Python, SQL, VBA). Knowledge of Bloomberg required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, fluency in Mandarin preferred.
• Strong project management discipline.
