What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess software usage and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Keep customers informed about product developments and gather feedback for enhancements.
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the company.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and report on satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS company.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and sales acumen.
  • Technical proficiency and project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
