Salary: 180,000 - 210,000 $ per year

• Ensure future products align with client expectations, acting as a bridge between customers and development teams.
• Foster transparent communication internally and externally, seeking and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master or MBA degree.
• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partnerships, Engagement Manager, Account Management and/or Product Management.
• Experience working with large enterprise Pharma customers (Fortune Global 500/Big Pharma/Pharma 50).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with C-levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for meeting timelines.
