What you will do

• Translate unique client requirements into flexible and scalable data solutions
• Lead data conversion projects to ETL historical portfolio data into hirify.global
• Manage multiple projects effectively to completion
• Identify and drive process and tool improvements to scale workflows
• Set and communicate expectations internally and externally
• Collaborate with Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, NY
• 5+ years experience in technology, finance, or consulting
• Proficient in Python programming
• Experience with financial products and securities modeling
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
