TL;DR
SAP Architecture and Integration Consultant (SAP): Designing and implementing SAP solution architectures, technical specifications, integrations, and client extensions for cloud and on-premise environments with an accent on SAP integration tools, programming, and HR systems. Focus on building integration scenarios, developing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, and solving complex technical requirements across customer projects.
Location: Fully remote from Poland, with locations listed in Poznań, Katowice, Warsaw, and Wrocław. Workation is available from locations in the EU for up to four weeks per year.

What you will do
- Participate in SAP solution implementations for customers across cloud and on-premise technology scenarios.
- Build architectures, prepare technical specifications, and implement SAP integration scenarios.
- Design and develop client functionalities and extensions.
- Contribute to proprietary products and solutions in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Expand SAP integration expertise through project work and online SAP courses.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in technical IT, software development or maintenance, implementation projects, architecture, programming, or integration.
- Project experience or certification with SAP PO, Dell Boomi, SAP Cloud Platform Integration/Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Platform, architecture, or comparable integration tools.
- Very good knowledge of at least one SAP programming language: ABAP, Groovy, SAPUI5/Fiori, Java, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with HR business processes; SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is advantageous.
- English at B2/C1 level and Polish at least at C1 level required; completion of two or three projects expected.
