TL;DR
SAP Solution Architect (S/4HANA): Defining and delivering end-to-end SAP architectures for complex S/4HANA transformation programs with an accent on integrated business processes, scalability, security, and enterprise governance. Focus on leading multi-stream implementations, aligning SAP and non-SAP systems, managing architectural risks, and guiding stakeholders across Aerospace, Defense, and Utilities environments.
Location: Position based in Paris La Défense, France; in-person collaboration is prioritized with flexibility, and travel may be required depending on project needs.

What you will do
- Define SAP architecture and transformation roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Translate business objectives into scalable, sustainable, secure SAP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Asset Management.
- Lead architecture and design phases for large, multi-stream SAP implementations and rollouts.
- Validate solution designs, functional specifications, custom developments, and integration across SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
- Manage architectural risks and dependencies, facilitate design workshops and architecture review boards, and advise senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Establish architecture governance and drive continuous improvement, automation, reuse, and simplification across the SAP landscape.
Requirements
- More than 15 years of SAP experience, including deep SAP S/4HANA expertise and leadership of complex, large-scale transformation programs.
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience designing integrated SAP solutions across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and PS.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, CPI, PI/PO, API management, SAP architecture, security, data management, and infrastructure.
- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, and Utilities, including compliance, asset-intensive operations, and manufacturing processes.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required; strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on implementation skills are expected.
Nice to have
- SAP Certified Application or Technology Architect certification for S/4HANA.
- Experience with RISE with SAP and SAP Cloud architectures.
- Knowledge of SAP for Defence & Security, SAP for Utilities (IS-U), or SAP EAM.
- Experience in global Centers of Expertise or multinational environments.
