What you will do

• Lead data strategy for regulatory engagements, including ETL development, source data validation, and analysis.
• Connect regulatory expectations, commitments, and Compliance/Product roadmaps to influence strategy.
• Educate internal and external partners on the impact of new regulations, policies, or environmental changes to the compliance program.
• Collaborate with legal and engineering partners to inform strategic builds of essential compliance program elements.
• Establish yourself as a leader by connecting insights to action through expert communication and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead multiple high-impact workstreams by seamlessly navigating levels of abstraction in communications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of Compliance/AML experience.
• Expert level abilities in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Expert in ETL development.
• Proven track record solving large and complex problems without clear answers, using deep technical expertise.
• Vision to define problems and manage projects in a fast-paced, evolving organization.

Nice to have

• CAMS or other AML certification.
• Experience in the FinTech or consulting industry or with financial crimes compliance systems.
• Experience with automation using Python, R, or Prefect.
