What you will do

• Manage up to two teams of 2-4 engineers each, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and research to develop and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with MetaMask's strategy.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within teams.
• Drive technical decision-making ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and collaborate across MetaMask engineering teams.
• Define and track KPIs to measure team success and impact, using data to inform decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Remote candidates from United States, EMEA, Canada, and LATAM only
• English: B2 level or higher
• 4+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Git, and GitHub.
• Experience in agile software engineering and hiring management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
