What you will do

• Create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for various platforms including in-store signage, packaging, and campaigns.
• Coordinate global production and distribution of marketing artworks and master files to support campaigns.
• Serve as brand guardian ensuring consistency across corporate and retail brand assets.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, internal design teams, and regional marketing teams.
• Maintain and improve internal artwork production processes using market insights.

Requirements

• Location: Role based at Bedfont Lakes office in London, UK
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• 5+ years designing in-store marketing materials; 10+ years working with artwork and print agencies.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills managing multiple design projects.
• Advanced skills in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, and MS Office.
• Experience managing online design and brand portals.
• International background.
