Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; onsite in the DIFC

What you will do

• Build candidate and client networks through sales and business development.
• Create and maintain accurate business records in the global database.
• Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Deliver recruitment services to clients and candidates.
• Negotiate salary rates and employment offers between candidates and clients.
• Promote recruitment services through different channels.

Requirements

• Passion and willingness to learn the relevant recruitment market or sector.
• Strong IT skills; training on relevant applications is provided.
• Effective communication skills in English, the internal business language.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-led environment.
