What you will do
- Engage in sales and business development to build out your network.
- Create and maintain business records within the global database to ensure customers’ information are correctly captured.
- Understand the end-to-end recruitment process and deliver a world-class service to both clients and candidates.
- Negotiate pay and salary rates, as well as employment offers between candidates and clients.
- Promote yourself and your service offerings through various channels in a proactive and professional manner.
Requirements
- Passion and willingness to learn the relevant market or sector that you will be recruiting for.
- Strong IT skills for use in relevant applications.
- Effective communication skills (Our internal business language is English).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-led environment is an advantage.
