Talent Partner (Fintech) - 6 Month Maternity Cover - Dubai

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial, corporate, operations, sales, and other assigned roles across global markets, with a focus on MEA and APAC.
• Source, screen, assess, and present candidates while maintaining strong candidate experience and accurate ATS data in Ashby.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People Team on hiring priorities, workforce planning, onboarding, contracts, and compliance.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and support dashboards, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent attraction, diversity and inclusion, early-career, market mapping, and global recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or technology-driven environments.
• Experience recruiting for commercial and corporate functions such as sales, partnerships, marketing, legal, or finance.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, and professional networks.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience using ATS tools; Ashby experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dubai, UAE.
