What you will do

• Develop and execute the Dutch product strategy for the Heartbeat platform, energy tariff, and native app aligned with company vision.
• Manage key stakeholders across German tech/product teams and the Dutch branch to ensure collaboration.
• Support product launches and market positioning with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Drive product innovation by tracking energy market trends and regulatory changes in the Netherlands.
• Oversee product development ensuring quality and timely delivery, coordinating with engineering and other teams.
• Expand network and partnerships within the Dutch energy market and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in or near Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, or Deventer.
• Minimum 5 years product management experience, preferably in renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch energy market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent English required; German and/or Dutch language skills are a plus.
