TL;DR

Location: Remote with significant overlap with Americas time zones, based in the US (San Francisco preferred)

Salary: $188,000 - $280,000 USD

What you will do

  • Set and own the vision for revenue and monetization strategy across the product ecosystem
  • Lead roadmap development, business model innovation, and experiment design to drive meaningful revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with co-founders, executives, and cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and marketing
  • Operate at both strategic and tactical levels, balancing high-level vision with hands-on execution
  • Inspire and lead high-performing product teams to deliver quality and business results

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience with 3+ years leading product teams
  • Proven success driving revenue impact through consumer monetization products, especially subscriptions and pricing
  • Experience in world-class consumer tech environments with a user-centric approach
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex, ambiguous challenges
  • Ability to work remotely with significant overlap with Americas time zones
  • Excellent communication skills to influence executives and align cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • Experience building and scaling consumer subscription businesses
  • Background in early-stage startups or as a founder/operator
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and behavioral economics related to monetization
  • Experience scaling monetization internationally or across new platforms
  • Familiarity with pricing experimentation and multi-tier subscription models
