TL;DR
Revenue Product Lead (Edtech): Leading monetization strategy and product vision to sustainably grow consumer revenue for a global education platform with an accent on subscription models, pricing, and paywall design. Location: Remote with significant overlap with Americas time zones, based in the US (San Francisco preferred)
Salary: $188,000 - $280,000 USD

What you will do
- Set and own the vision for revenue and monetization strategy across the product ecosystem
- Lead roadmap development, business model innovation, and experiment design to drive meaningful revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with co-founders, executives, and cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and marketing
- Operate at both strategic and tactical levels, balancing high-level vision with hands-on execution
- Inspire and lead high-performing product teams to deliver quality and business results
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with 3+ years leading product teams
- Proven success driving revenue impact through consumer monetization products, especially subscriptions and pricing
- Experience in world-class consumer tech environments with a user-centric approach
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex, ambiguous challenges
- Ability to work remotely with significant overlap with Americas time zones
- Excellent communication skills to influence executives and align cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Experience building and scaling consumer subscription businesses
- Background in early-stage startups or as a founder/operator
- Understanding of consumer psychology and behavioral economics related to monetization
- Experience scaling monetization internationally or across new platforms
- Familiarity with pricing experimentation and multi-tier subscription models
