Location: On-site in London, UK; occasional travel to pilot and deployment sites.

What you will do

• Own and execute the Fleet Management System roadmap across facility, customer, and global fleet scales.
• Lead the engineering backlog, priorities, and product direction for the application team.
• Define capabilities for multi-robot tasking, robot swaps, fault handling, safety alerts, task resumption, and battery-swap orchestration.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements to fleet-management interfaces and user workflows.
• Partner with engineering on staged rollouts, fleet-level success criteria, and performance metrics.
• Translate customer and stakeholder input into prioritized requirements and represent the roadmap in demos and customer discussions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related product management experience, including setting direction for engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with fleet management, asset telemetry, or multi-agent orchestration platforms, ideally at scale.
• Comfort with or strong interest in agentic and AI-driven product design.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Ability to work on-site in London and travel occasionally to pilot and deployment locations.

Nice to have

• Experience in intralogistics, manufacturing, retail, energy, or construction.
