What you will do
- Work directly with technical stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly.
- Manage the post-sales journey from onboarding to renewal.
- Oversee up to 30 enterprise customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support contract renewals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS customers (800+ employees).
- Ability to advocate for customers and act autonomously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes.
