What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic communications plans for ESI & DPDS.
• Manage internal and external messaging, including executive briefings and social media posts.
• Collaborate with R&D and external innovation teams to align communications.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies for all communications content.
• Oversee agency management and administrative processes.
• Track and report on media relations and content campaign metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from New Brunswick, NJ or Spring House, PA, USA.
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of communications leadership experience.
• Proven success in public relations, corporate communications, and media relations.
• Strong storytelling, written, oral, and visual communication skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries preferred.
• Ability to work effectively across levels, functions, and regions.
