What you will do
- Implement an integrated and transparent onboarding process for third parties to enhance business user experience.
- Integrate technology assurance activities into third-party risk management practices.
- Establish a unified onboarding governance forum and automate controls across the onboarding process.
- Manage cross-divisional programs or multiple workstreams, driving all phases from inception to implementation.
- Create and maintain multi-year program strategies and communicate status to diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across departments and with internal and external partners.
- Ensure risk mitigation, compliance, audit, and legal requirements are met; oversee change management and budget monitoring.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work in or near Malvern, PA, US with a hybrid work model.
- Minimum of eight years of related business experience, including at least four years in project management.
- Previous people-leadership experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required; graduate degree preferred.
