What you will do

  • Redesign and scale global IT support to deliver seamless, automated, and data-driven employee experiences.
  • Lead and inspire regional and global support teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Implement AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction in IT service operations.
  • Define and optimize key performance indicators to drive insights and improve IT service delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, HR, and others to ensure a secure and high-impact support experience.
  • Own the global IT support roadmap aligned with business priorities and growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT support or service management with leadership of global or multi-site teams.
  • Proven success in large-scale service transformations integrating AI, automation, and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service delivery best practices focused on measurable improvement.
  • Experience attracting, developing, and retaining diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to balance vision and tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence senior leaders and align priorities.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AI/automation, Six Sigma.
  • Experience with enterprise knowledge management systems and cloud-first operations.
