What you will do

• Partner with the Client Office on propositions and commercial decisions.
• Lead the wealth business partnering team.
• Develop financial forecasts and assess operating models and unit costs.
• Communicate financial and management results to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
• Develop business cases and track delivered benefits.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant.
• At least five years of experience in cost management, business case development, and financial reporting.
• At least five years of business partnering experience across divisions and teams.
• At least five years of leadership experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
• Ability to provide constructive challenge, influence outcomes, and balance business needs with customer experience.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for leadership.
