TL;DR
Product Owner (Travel & Cross-Border), Senior Manager (Payments): Owning and scaling data products based on cross-border transaction and travel data with an accent on product strategy, commercialisation, and multi-market deployment. Focus on translating tourism flows, traveller segmentation, and international spend insights into repeatable products for tourism boards, travel partners, issuers, and acquirers.
Location: Hybrid position based in Warsaw, Poland; office attendance expectations will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end delivery of Travel & Cross-Border data products.
- Translate market opportunities and client demand into scalable product features and use cases.
- Lead Agile delivery through cross-functional squads, managing user stories, sprints, and continuous improvement.
- Design product packaging and client value propositions with go-to-market and Sales teams.
- Track product adoption, revenue impact, and pipeline contribution.
- Coordinate product, cluster, global, external, and client stakeholders while ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards.
Requirements
- Proven relevant professional experience.
- Experience in product management within data, analytics, payments, or related domains.
- Understanding of cross-border transactions, the travel industry, or related markets.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate insights into scalable products.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
