Product Manager

Location: Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate at personal expense to, the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, North Carolina area before the start date. The role collaborates across Poland and U.S. West Coast time zones.

What you will do

• Own product direction by connecting customer needs, business priorities, and technical realities.
• Run discovery workshops, define problem statements, shape features, and represent user needs.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable engineering work.
• Build and manage the backlog, prioritize work, coordinate releases, and drive features through delivery.
• Navigate APIs, JSON payloads, logs, data flows, integrations, and third-party systems to troubleshoot issues.
• Manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder decisions across concurrent workstreams and time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar product delivery role.
• Experience owning products or major features from discovery through delivery, including prioritization, backlog management, release planning, and post-launch iteration.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business and customer problems into clear product direction and engineering requirements.
• Experience working with clients, senior stakeholders, UX/design, and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development, dependency management, release coordination, and iterative delivery.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows, third-party systems, and complex enterprise environments, plus excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Consulting or client-services experience.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products, mobile applications, loyalty, hospitality, gaming, e-commerce, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira, Miro or Mural, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
• Experience using AI or automation tools in product discovery, analysis, requirements development, or delivery workflows.
