What you will do

• Define and implement the legal technology strategic roadmap.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment of goals among stakeholders.
• Translate complex legal and business requirements for technology teams and partners.
• Manage project execution, resolve issues, and ensure progress.
• Collaborate with end users to define testing needs and ensure solution quality.
• Create documentation including process maps, test plans, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in legal or business technology environments.
• Must be able to work hybrid with onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office.

• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI and legal technology tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
