TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Sales): Managing and growing revenue within a strategic territory by generating new leads, qualifying inbound leads, and upselling to existing clients with an accent on identifying ICPs and buyer personas. Focus on leading discovery and pricing calls and evangelizing the product to prospective and existing clients.

Location: Remote in the United States (California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah and Washington), UK, Singapore, and Canada.

Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 base, with $245,000 to $265,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Manage net new and upsell revenue in a strategic territory.
  • Generate and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound leads.
  • Lead discovery and pricing calls, as well as high-level platform demos.
  • Identify partner and marketing opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Evangelize the product to all prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of software sales experience.
  • Knowledge of regional accounts: culture, companies, currency considerations.
  • Demonstrated success hitting & exceeding a sales quota.
  • Solid collaboration skills.
  • Incredible attention to detail (tracking success and opportunities; follow up with customers).
  • Bring a competitive, team spirit and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDK’s, Javascript and/or messaging a major plus.
  • Speak/write fluently additional languages, and/or have experience selling messaging products.
