What you will do

• Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation.
• Monitor network performance and conduct preventative maintenance and upgrades.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network incidents providing Level-1 support.
• Configure and install network devices ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Communicate with stakeholders during critical events and document network setups and incidents.
• Support capacity planning and collaborate with other technical teams.

Requirements

• Must be located within 60 minutes drive of Hams Hall Data Centre, Birmingham, UK.
• Full valid UK driving license required.
• Minimum 2:2 degree or working towards qualification in Network Infrastructure, IT, or Data Centre Operations.
• Legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time with no remote option.
