Fidelity Digital Assets® is developing a full-service platform for storing, trading, and servicing digital assets.

What you will do

Design and implement technology solutions for Fidelity Digital Assets® business.
Develop high-performance algorithms for trading and crypto trading.
Collaborate with business partners on critical initiatives.
Demonstrate software engineering excellence through CI/CD practices.
Guide junior team members on technology and best practices.
Set technical direction for software developers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
10+ years of trading engineering experience.
Experience in capital markets or cryptocurrency.
Strong background in designing low latency trading systems.
Knowledge of WebSocket and FIX protocols.
Experience with modern Java and low latency messaging products.
