What you will do

• Lead and manage a dedicated engineering team focused on observability platform integrations.
• Create and drive the Observability Integrations roadmap blending automation and security.
• Build, maintain, and support enterprise-scale observability platform integrations with SaaS solutions like Datadog.
• Develop and support observability platform solutions based on open-source stacks such as Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• Ensure platform scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness across complex technology stacks.
• Apply strategic leadership to enhance and simplify the observability platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology-related field required.
• Extensive hands-on engineering and coding experience.
• Experience managing Datadog SaaS platform focusing on governance and finops.
• Proven leadership skills in delivering scalable, robust engineering solutions.
• Knowledge of observability technologies, cloud delivery models, and security controls in public cloud.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with onsite presence every other week.
