What you will do

• Lead and organize multiple engineering teams to deliver product features and maintain platform reliability.
• Define team structures, workflows, and processes to maximize productivity and accountability.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of platform and product initiatives balancing short-term and long-term goals.
• Oversee system architecture, technical design, and development standards ensuring scalability and performance.
• Define and refine testing and QA strategies to improve automation and release reliability.
• Communicate technical priorities and risks effectively with product, business, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, or Technical Director.
• Strong background in software development and system architecture.
• Experience improving engineering efficiency and organizational maturity.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, automation, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, databases, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in payments, PSP integrations, or fintech is a strong advantage.
