What you will do

• Develop and drive product strategy and business cases for logistics systems including PO, Hub, and Destination Management.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data, IT, operations, and commercial teams to define roadmaps and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Engage directly with customers to translate market trends and needs into actionable product features.
• Support commercial teams with RFP/RFQ responses, pricing models, and ROI analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams by fostering alignment and accountability across stakeholders globally.
• Mentor team members and act as product champion internally and externally.

Requirements

• Must have senior product management experience in logistics or supply chain technology.
• Proven delivery of PO Management, Origin cargo, and Destination management platforms.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product documentation.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder environments globally.
• Fluent English required (very strong written and verbal).
• Experience in commercial support including costing and pricing products.
