Product Manager (Data Product)

TL;DR

Junior Product Manager (Data Product): Supporting the lifecycle of an environmental data product, focusing on discovery, definition, and delivery within an agile framework. Focus on analyzing business needs, formalizing requirements through user stories and diagrams, and ensuring timely delivery and adoption of product changes.

Location: Hybrid, requiring weekly time in the office in London. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of the London office and be comfortable with 2 days in the office per week.

Salary: £36,000 - £46,000

What you will do

• Support the development and alignment of a product roadmap with internal goals.
• Assist in discovery and market research to validate product changes with end-users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop product roadmaps.
• Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and process diagrams to capture requirements.
• Attend and contribute to agile ceremonies to deliver user value.
• Support the Product Lead in managing the full product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Junior Product Owner or similar within a Product-led organization.
• Familiarity with and experience in embedding agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Proven delivery experience supporting end-to-end product delivery.
• Knowledge, interest, and passion for the environmental and/or sustainability space.
