What you will do

• Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.
• Understand user and business needs, requirements, and the wider organizational context.
• Own and develop product strategies and visions.
• Create product roadmaps and prioritize features for development.
• Manage product backlogs, including elaboration, prioritization, and acceptance of user stories.
• Optimize product design using user feedback, benefits realization, and service performance data.

Requirements

• Experienced product manager with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Experience delivering new products as part of large and complex transformation projects.
• Adept at building strong client relationships and working collaboratively across teams and organizations.
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector, including working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments.
• Must have GDS or public sector experience.
