What you will do

• Monitor and control network equipment, service platforms, and communication links.
• Analyze service quality and investigate message delivery or connectivity issues.
• Provide 1st-level support, incident localization, and troubleshooting.
• Handle trouble tickets and escalations from internal teams and customers.
• Prepare reports and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Technical university degree or student (3rd year or higher) in telecommunications, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems (file operations, processes).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of IP networks, SMPP/SS7 protocols.
• Intermediate English level.
• Willingness for short business trips to our Back-up Office in western Ukraine (up to 4 months per year).
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
