What you will do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships within Connected TV, OTT, and video streaming sectors
• Manage the full 360 contract recruitment cycle from business development to placement and redeployment
• Source, qualify, and place top-tier video and streaming contractors
• Drive revenue growth through smart business development
• Collaborate with marketing to boost brand presence and pipeline
• Become a subject matter expert in the evolving video and entertainment tech space

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in the United Kingdom
• English: B2 level or higher
• 6+ months recruitment experience, contract recruitment preferred
• Strong sales mindset and resilience
• Ability to manage multiple roles at pace
• Relationship-driven with clients and contractors
