Business Analyst

What you will do

• Gather, clarify, validate, and maintain business requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Model business processes, objects, states, transitions, and data flows with developers.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including Vision & Scope, SRS, use cases, and related artifacts.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to track implementation and keep solutions aligned with business goals.
• Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support stakeholders in resolving conflicts between business needs and technical constraints while ensuring measurable business value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, structuring, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of UX principles and experience creating UI mockups and prototypes.
• Practical experience with UML, BPMN, and data flow diagrams.
• Understanding of Scrum and Kanban and experience in Agile development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent Russian and English are required; English proficiency must be B2 or higher.

Nice to have

• Understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with API specifications and technical descriptions of integrations.
• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms.
